RETURN POLICY
1. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your product arrives broken or defective, we will gladly send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
• You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
• Please email vaevalab@zohomail.eu with your order number and a clear photo or video showing the damage.
2. UNOPENED PRODUCTS
If you change your mind and the product is still completely unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed plastic packaging, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
• The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs to our designated facility.
