SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
• Shipping to Europe: Estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days.

• Shipping to United States and Canada: Estimated delivery time is 7-16 business days.

• Shipping to Australia and New Zealand: Estimated delivery time is 10-18 business days.  

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Nura Lab is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
